Last updated: January 27, 2026These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Once UI websites, products, and related services (the "Service") operated by Lorant Toth e.v. ("Once UI", "we", "us").
Once UI is a product line under the Dopler brand. These Terms apply only to Once UI products and services. Other Dopler products or services may be governed by separate terms.
The Service includes once-ui.com, official Once UI GitHub repositories, packages, downloads, copy-paste blocks, documentation, and any related materials made available by Once UI.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Description of the Service
Once UI provides design and development resources, including UI component libraries, templates, starter projects, documentation, and related digital assets.
Some parts of the Service are available free of charge, while others require a paid subscription or purchase.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
5. Accounts and Security
Certain features of the Service require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us promptly.
6. Licences and Permitted Use
Your use of Once UI products is governed by the licence applicable to each product, including but not limited to:

- Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0
- Once UI Pro commercial licence (Dopler CC)
Where these Terms conflict with a product-specific licence, the product licence governs with respect to that product.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with the licence that applies to the specific product or repository you use.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, accounts, or systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through excessive automated requests.
- Circumvent technical limitations, access controls, or paywalls.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Once UI or use the Service to mislead others.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
If you purchase a paid product or subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees as presented at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.

10. Intellectual Property
Except where otherwise stated under an applicable open-source licence, all rights, title, and interest in the Service — including branding, design, and non-open components — are owned by Once UI or its licensors.
No rights are granted except as expressly provided under these Terms or the applicable product licence.
11. User Content
If you submit content to Once UI (including feedback, examples, or support messages), you grant Once UI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services such as GitHub, package registries, or payment providers. Once UI is not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, an applicable licence, or the law, or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Termination of Service access does not revoke rights granted under applicable open-source licences but may affect access to paid repositories, updates, or subscription benefits.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Once UI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Once UI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
In no event shall Once UI’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Once UI, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles.
