Last updated: January 27, 2026This agreement ("Agreement") is made between the user ("You") and Lorant Toth e.v. ("Licensor") regarding the use of the Once UI products. By downloading and using the products, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You get updates while you have an active subscription.
You can keep using your products after your subscription expires.
Every editor in the team needs to have their own license.
Can be used for open-source projects.
Creating competing products is not allowed.
Reselling templates, components or products is not allowed.
Distributing raw source code is not allowed.

Our free products are released under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license that allows use, modification, and distribution of the materials and code assets for non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the license. The product source code is available on GitHub and can be accessed without a Once UI account. Using these products requires attribution to Once UI with a clear label and a link to once-ui.com.
This license can be extended to our Dopler CC license with the Once UI Pro subscription, which grants you the ability to use the products for commercial purposes and to remove the attribution. Please read further for the complete terms of the Dopler CC license.
By using our free products, you agree to the following terms:

Dopler CC
The Dopler CC license is a commercial license that allows a single person to use, modify, and distribute the software for commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the license. The product source code is available on GitHub and can be accessed with a Once UI account and an active subscription. Using these products does not require attribution to Once UI.
This license applies to all Once UI Pro products provided by Licensor. By accessing, downloading, or using the Products, you agree to the terms outlined below.
For clarity, this license applies only to Once UI Pro products and does not affect any components released under the MIT license.
1. License Grant
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, revocable upon a material breach of this Agreement, to use and modify the Products for internal projects, client deliverables, or public-facing websites.
Licensee may:
- Use and modify the Products for commercial or personal websites, apps, and design projects.
- Incorporate the Products into custom solutions, provided source files are not shared or made public.
Licensee may not:
- Use the Products to create or operate a commercial SaaS platform, theme marketplace, or template subscription service.
- Repackage, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Products, whether modified or unmodified.
- Upload the Products or its source files to public repositories, forums, or file-sharing platforms.
- The Products remain the exclusive property of Licensor.
- Licensee retains no ownership rights over the Products. Ownership of derivative works does not grant any rights to redistribute or sublicense the Products or their source code.
- Any breach of this Agreement will result in immediate license termination.
- You may deploy the Products in live websites or client projects.
- You may modify the Products for internal use or client deliverables even for open-source projects.
- You may use Once UI Pro in open-source projects provided that the Once UI Pro source code itself is not included or redistributed.
This license is available only to active Once UI Pro subscribers. If your subscription ends:
- You may continue using the last version you accessed.
- You will no longer receive updates, support, or new releases.
- The terms of this license will apply to your existing projects.
- Every person who uses or accesses the Products — including designers, developers, contractors, or collaborators — must hold an individual, active Once UI Pro license.
- Licenses are per-user and may not be shared or transferred.
You may not use the Products to:
- Build or distribute commercial template products, UI kits, or design systems.
- Offer the Products (or parts of it) as part of a paid service, subscription, or asset bundle.
- Develop products that directly compete with Dopler or the Once UI ecosystem including but not limited to UI libraries, component kits, templates, or design systems with substantially similar purpose or positioning.
This license terminates immediately upon violation of any term in this Agreement.
After termination:
- You may retain previously downloaded versions for internal use only.
- Redistribution, resale, or public access remains prohibited.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL
LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
9. Limitation of LiabilityIN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN
CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE.
Once UI Pro
The following section describes the commercial terms of the Once UI Pro subscription and applies in addition to the Dopler CC license.
Grants access to a single editor. If your product is maintained by more than one editor, you need to purchase a Pro license for each editor.
1. Contents
Access to all Once UI Pro repositories on GitHub and access to our copy-paste blocks on once-ui.com.
2. DistributionTo preserve the integrity of Once UI Pro products, the original source code of this product should not be redistributed.
3. Subscription and UpdatesMaintaining an active subscription guarantees your access to all upcoming updates. You can cancel your subscription at any point; rest assured, you will continue to receive updates until the end of your current billing cycle. Additionally, an active subscription secures your yearly rate, ensuring that any future price increases will not affect your current subscription cost.
4. SubscriptionThis is a subscription-based product, subject to yearly renewal. Be aware that upon cancellation, you will no longer receive updates after the current billing period concludes.
5. Warranty & RefundsDue to the nature of Once UI Products, and digital products in general, we do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees. If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact us at the contact link, and we will do our utmost to find a satisfactory solution.
6. UpdatesThis license is perpetual and applies to all versions and updates of Once UI Products, subject to change for future purchases. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if You breach any of its terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Licensor with respect to the Once UI Products. By using the Once UI Products, You acknowledge that You have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Glossary
Editor: A person who is responsible for modifying, updating, maintaining and / or deploying code.
Obtaining a Product: Ensure you’re getting your Once UI products directly from our official store on once-ui.com. This is crucial to guarantee you’re receiving authentic and up-to-date resources.
Management of Transactions: We’ve partnered with Stripe to streamline your experience for purchasing, refunds, and affiliate interactions. You can learn more about their services here.
Commercial Use: Using Once UI for business and revenue-generating activities is allowed as long as you adhere to our licensing terms.
Modified Version: An instance of Once UI that you’ve customized or extended, or any file where you’ve integrated styles, variables, or components from Once UI.
Amendments
Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
